Legal notice.
Who publishes this site, who hosts it, and what applies when you read it.
Publisher
A website published by Nicolas Casiez, in a personal capacity, as part of the Patrimoine project incubated at EuraTechnologies, Lille, France. Contact: nico@patrimoine.tech.
Publishing director: Nicolas Casiez.
Patrimoine is a project in closed beta; the company that will carry it will be listed here once created.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Floor 2, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Website: netlify.com; contact: netlify.com/support.
Intellectual property
Texts, visuals, screenshots, illustrations, the ten agents and the Patrimoine logo belong to the publisher. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited. Product names and trademarks mentioned (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, Dagster, dbt, Cube, Vanta, Slack, Teams, etc.) belong to their respective owners; Patrimoine is affiliated with none of them.
Maison Verdier is a fictional retailer created for the demo: its data is produced by a generator, the platform running it is real. Any resemblance to an existing company would be coincidental.
The Fraunces, Inter, Geist and Geist Mono typefaces are distributed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
Liability
The information on this site describes a product in closed beta and may change. It is neither a contractual offer nor a guarantee of results.
Privacy policy
What we collect, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights.
What we collect
Data controller: Nicolas Casiez, reachable at nico@patrimoine.tech.
This site processes personal data in two places. The closed-beta application form collects: your work email address, whether you have a data team, a free-text description of your data, your company size, and optionally your website or LinkedIn page. If you book a call, the booking collects your name, your email address and the chosen slot.
The site uses no tracking cookies, no analytics, no advertising. Fonts and images are hosted on the site itself.
Why, and for how long
This information is used only to review your application and to get back to you. Legal basis: your consent, given by submitting the form.
It is kept for at most twelve months after the end of the closed beta, then deleted. It is neither sold nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Who processes it
Applications are received through Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc., USA), which hosts the site and stores form submissions, then forwarded by notification to our mailboxes: Gmail (Google LLC, USA) and nico@patrimoine.tech, hosted by OVH (OVHcloud, France). The transfer outside the European Union to Netlify and Google is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, to which these providers adhere. No other third party has access.
Booking goes through Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA), under its own privacy policy; the transfer outside the European Union is covered in the same way.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction, deletion or portability of your data, restriction of its processing, object to that processing or withdraw your consent, at any time by writing to nico@patrimoine.tech. We answer within a month. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
